Protocol and Logistics

We are accustomed to coordinating with trade show organizers and venues to properly create activations that align with their protocols. We can also handle coordinating trade show logistics and union crews; we help manage their costs so that you get fair pricing without the confusion. We don’t like surprises so we take great care in making sure you won’t have any either.

Both Sides of the Coin

Not only have we worked with brands and various companies on their individual trade show activations, but we also have partnered with and helped organize conventions and trade shows. We have produced, managed and ran all production aspects including construction, power distribution and technical support.

We’re used to working with trade show activations of just about any size. We’ve produced work for 6’ x 6’ spaces or smaller and have built booths as large as 20,000 square feet. Did we mention we are always on time? We work relentlessly to make any deadline even when it’s short notice. It’s one of the many ways we help make the process less stressful.

Need to ship something for a trade show? Easy! We are masters at trade show shipping logistics, both locally and nationally. Every single item we send is barcoded, weighed and scanned. We closely track the shipment until it arrives and check in with you to make sure everything is good to go.
